I broke my hip and femur and was blessed to stay and heal and Santa Cruz Post Acute. The Staff was friendly, patient,and understanding. Above all else the staff was optimistic and kept a sense of humor with me . Laughter is the best medicine. I been through a couple other rehabilitation skilled nursing facilities where my mom has been a resident but nothing so far compares to the professionalism & welcoming and supportive staff that has need provided here at this facility since day 1. I’m very pleased with their leadership and dedication to take care of my mom’s needs and helping me and my siblings with preparing and filling documentation needed.
