Hi, my name is Enrique Rocha and I want to share my personal experience with Santa Cruz Post Acute. I been through a couple other rehabilitation skilled nursing facilities where my mom has been a resident but nothing so far compares to the professionalism & welcoming and supportive staff that has need provided here at this facility since day 1. I’m very pleased with their leadership and dedication to take care of my mom’s needs and helping me and my siblings with preparing and filling documentation needed. We’ve had an excellent experience with Santa Cruz Post Acute Care. . My dear friend has been a resident and the level of care she’s receiving has been outstanding. The nursing and physical therapy staff are incredibly attentive and always updates us promptly on any medical changes. Additionally, the Management staff is thoughtful, professional and highly responsive. .They consistently take the time to ensure that every resident receives the highest quality of care. The facility itself is always clean, fresh, and welcoming. We are incredibly grateful for the peace of mind this community provides.
